スペイン語語教室 IHCWAYの理念 スペイン語上達の秘訣とスクール規定

IHCWAYは語学教育を通じて、本当のコミュニケーションが出来る人を育てます。

IHCWAY スペイン語教室は、これからはただ外国語が話せるというだけでなく、グローバルな生き方や感覚を身につけることが求められていると感じています。

私共IHCWAYは、マナーや日本語の言葉遣い、思いやりなど暖かい心を持ったコミュニケーションを大切にしています。またそれは、スペイン語上達の秘訣でもあります。

そんなIHCWAYの理念を、スクール規定として、ご理解いただければと思います。


スクール規定

  1. 講師やスクールスタッフや他の生徒に対して、思いやりのある優しい心の持ち主であること。
  2. 自分のことばかり優先する人間ではなく、常に他人に対し、「温かい親切な心」で譲り合うことのできる生徒であること。
  3. スペイン語さえ上達するためなら、どんな無理も主張していくような利己的人間ではなく、相手の立場に立って「余裕を持った心」で柔軟に考えられる生徒であること。
  4. 講師やスクールスタッフに対し、笑顔で挨拶ができ、いつも明るく楽しい雰囲気で電話や面談・カウンセリングやレッスンに臨める生徒であること。
  5. 国籍や人種・肌の色に対する偏見や先入観を極力なくしていき、国際性豊かな人格を形成できる生徒になること。
  6. スクール内の一場面だけでなく、社会生活を行うどの時点、場所においても、上記1，2，3，4および5のように、常にやさしく、温かで他人を思いやる心を忘れず行動できる生徒であること。
  7. 「感謝する心」「ありがたいなぁと思う心」が、いつも誰に対してもどのような局面でも湧き出てくるような人柄の生徒になっていただきたいこと。
  8. 以上のことを人間的な基本として、夢を持ち、それを目標に具体化し、計画性を持って即行動していける「人材」となり「人間的」「社会的」「経済的」に成功していける人になっていただきたいこと。

スクール規定

  1. To have considerable kindness to teachers, school staff, and other students.
  2. To be a student who always has a warm heart, to give way to each other and not to become a selfish person.
  3. To be a student who thinks flexibly and is able to put yourself in the other person's position, not to become a person who forces others to do things only because you want to improve your English.
  4. To be a student who can greet with a smile, to teachers and school staff. Also to be able to interact with people in a cheerful mood in the following situations, talking on the phone, at the interview, at the counseling place, and at the lesson.
  5. Not to have racial, national, or cultural prejudice and bias as much as possible, and to become a student who can form a rich international personality.
  6. To be a student who can always act kindly and tenderly as the above regulations 1. 2. 3. 4 and 5 describe, not only inside the school, but also in social places.
  7. To become a student who thanks and appreciates anyone at anytime.
  8. Based on these above regulations, we wish you to become a talent who has a dream and endeavors in achieving it, is able to plan and apply well, and also to become successful as a person, socially, and financially.
